When you feel your best or not.. consider starting your day or night by breathing in and out. Only be around positive people. Your day starts with fresh new positive attitude and surroundings. Clear your mind and heart from toxic thoughts.
When you think positive and pray to Jesus and God, your attitude and ideas may get better. Change your perspective, if you believe in Jesus and God your life will get better through prayer and faith. Start talking to your family or friends or who ever you can reachout to and discuss your issues immediately please. Explore your community/ world with your family and friends. See all the beauty of nature, around you. Think positive please. Consider going to your local church with your family and community.
Consider eating healthier food:
Asparagus, greens, spinach, mustard greens, port and beans, rice, Brussel sprouts, butter beans, sweet peas.
Drink lots of zephyrhills bottled water please
Avoid sodas and all juices, chips, very minimal fried food. Possibly have your fried chicken and greens once a week. Pray everyday, Seasons greetings. Go outside and enjoy nature consider very long walks possibly, Bring lots of water with you to stay hydrated. Wear your face mask also please? Get vaccined for covid-19 now please at Publix? Stay safe please?
